Tell us about your company.
Binary Global is an IT system integration and consulting organization providing IT consulting, cloud computing solutions, cybersecurity services, managed services and business technology consulting to our customers.
We have expertise in cross-platform integration, helping businesses to automate and bring operational excellence. We go beyond simple IT assistance and infrastructure management with multi-cloud managed services, NOC & SOC services to enable true digital transformation.
Tell us about your journey with NetApp so far.
We started our journey with NetApp in 2014, over the years our partnership has grown significantly, and today Binary Global is top tier partner with NetApp holding Star Partner Accreditation, As a NetApp Star Level partner, Binary Global receives the highest level program benefits and commits to working closely with NetApp to provides best in class storage, cloud and data management solutions.
How has the pandemic reshaped/reoriented your offerings?
We have seen tremendous changes in the way companies do businesses in majorly all the sectors, the companies funding for digital initiatives has increased more than anything else, as per our findings now companies are recognizing IT as strategic to their business, not just a source of cost efficiencies or business enabler
Probably the biggest impact of the pandemic has brought in cloud adoption practices, most of the customers are transforming for the Hybrid IT environment.
Which are the different technology services receiving maximum traction in the market?
We see tremendous traction in Cloud Adoption, Data security, Hybrid IT & business continuity services, additionally managed services has also been gaining momentum.
Take us through your cloud portfolio.
We have a separate BU managing Cloud portfolio which includes services ranging from consulting & advisory, managing & monitoring, migration on cloud and optimization of Cloud Spends.
Additionally, we are working with NetApp to deliver a cloud data management solution built on NetApp’s ONTAP storage software, available natively on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
What are the training & enablement programs offered by NetApp to adopt cloud solutions?
NetApp has extensive training and enablement programs that help to adopt cloud solutions. As a NetApp Cloud First partner, you get access to webcasts, Partner Academies, workshops, and online or fee-based instructor-led courses. You can gain the in-depth, practical knowledge that you need to build confidence and successfully recommend NetApp solutions.

What changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organization in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?
We have created a cloud adoption team to train internal team members to transitions from traditional IT to cloud-focused organizations.
Our state of art COE (Center of Excellence) demonstrates cloud solutions designed and built by our team, this gives confidence to the team members and help the sales team to offer bespoke solutions as per customer requirements.
In addition, we offer special incentives for training and certification on cloud technologies.
How does NetApp help you to grow your business and customers?
We have been associated with NetApp for more than 7 years, NetApp’s solutions blend in seamlessly with Binary Global’s approach and offerings, and has contributed immensely to our growth. Customers are highly satisfied with the NetApp offering, which contributes to building trust and repeat business.
How are your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?
We have seen customers moving from traditional IT to the hybrid model, it brings scalability, agility and more security vis-à-vis the existing traditional model.
The newer set of customers we are onboarding are on-premise Enterprise customers who are looking for a hybrid approach, where they are targeting a multi-cloud strategy.
What is your customer base in the Cloud offering? Highlight any recent use case.
We have customers in various segments of the Industry like IT/ITES, Media, Manufacturing, Food & Delivery Services, Education & more. R
Recently we have closed order a multi-year opportunity with a media customer, where we helped the customer to digitize their media content on a CDN platform and start OTT services.
