Project Manager (Service Delivery)

Job Overview

Project Management would be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for END-TO-END Technical Solutions Delivery & Project Management.
• Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract
• Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (HLD/ DLD / LLD)
• Lead and manage project activities, risks, budget and resource requirements during the project lifecycle.
• Develop, drive and monitor project delivery within timelines and cost.
• Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders- internal and external.
• Review & monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract, and ensure SLA compliance.

Education and Experience

• B.E./ B.Tech
• Professional Certification in Project Management Methodology (PMP / PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in managing the delivery of IT and Network Projects

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Experience working with PM Tools and platforms (Zoho Projects / MS Projects ) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
