Network Engineer with Cisco, Aruba, Arista Network Configuration, DNAC Implementation & Wireless implementation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle & Lead New Projects / Technology or Architecture Implementation / Delivery & Sustenance activities Onsite / Offsite.
- Experience in resolving multiple complex technical problems for critical IT infrastructure (L1/L2/L3) Networking Devices – Switches, Routers, DNAC, Wireless, SDWAN.
- Execute solution deployment, fault troubleshooting, etc.
- Designed, configured, and implemented Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Arista networking solutions to meet the organization's requirements.
- Deploy and manage Cisco's DNA Center (DNAC) for centralized network automation, assurance, and analytics.
- Configure and optimize BGP and OSPF protocols for efficient and secure routing within the network.
- Hands-on experience with Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 switching.
- Willingness to perform rack and stack work as required for new installations or hardware upgrades.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with the IT support team as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-7 years of networking experience.
- CCNA Certification or equivalent certification.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on Cisco, Aruba, and DNAC.
- In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and switching protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with other networking technologies such as Palo Alto, etc.
- Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) is a plus.
